How to Apply Medical Otorhinolaryngology Fellowship Applicants will submit their letter of interest and CV to the program coordinator. Candidates must have an MD, DO or equivalent degree, have completed one year of ACGME accredited residency training, and meet the institutional resident eligibility and selection policy criteria. The applicant must demonstrate scholarly aptitude and career plans, as noted on their CV to pursue clinical practice in at least one of the specialty areas noted above. International medical graduates must have passed USLME I, II & III, and be certified ECFMG. UF Health Jacksonville does not offer J-1 visa sponsorship.
