William E Bolger, M.D.

William Bolger, MD, is a board-certified otorhinolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat physician) and rhinology and sinus surgeon with over 25 years of experience caring for patients with complex sinus and nasal conditions. Fellowship-trained in rhinology and sinus surgery, he is highly skilled in both comprehensive medical management and minimally invasive endoscopic sinus surgery. Patients value his ability to provide advanced care with a personalized, compassionate approach.

Dr. Bolger is nationally and internationally recognized for his contributions to the field. He has helped refine surgical techniques, pioneered the use of advanced surgical instruments and medical devices, and published extensively on sinus disease. He has authored more than 100 scientific articles and textbook chapters and co-edited the major reference book Diseases of the Sinuses: Diagnosis and Management. Throughout his career, he has also been dedicated to teaching, mentoring and sharing techniques to improve patient safety and surgical outcomes.

His excellence has been recognized by peers and professional organizations, earning him distinctions such as “The Best Doctors in America,” “America’s Top Doctors,” and Jacksonville Magazine’s “Northeast Florida’s Best Doctors,” in addition to Patient’s Choice and Compassionate Physician awards.
