Curriculum

The resident is exposed to a broad range of surgical experiences. Clinical experience is structured for the acquisition of clinical acumen through graduated responsibility in pre-, intra- and postoperative patient care. Specialty exposure includes trauma, general surgery, head and neck, vascular, pediatric and surgical oncology, plus much more as seen in our rotations offered.

Additionally, residents may take advantage of elective research years, typically chosen between the PGY-2 and PGY-3 years
