The division of plastic and reconstructive surgery in the department of surgery at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville offers broad services in breast reconstruction, breast augmentation and reduction, craniofacial and congenital abnormalities, pediatric plastic surgery, head and neck reconstruction, microsurgical techniques, surgery of the hand and extremity and free tissue transfer.
Our plastic surgeons also collaborate with neurosurgeons, otolaryngologists, general surgeons, orthopaedic surgeons and other specialists to provide patients with optimal treatment.

Our division instructs surgery residents in wound care, surgical technique and didactic presentations. We also expose our residents to a wide variety of reconstructive challenges.
